Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or allowing work to commence, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:
Pressure washing
Soft washing
Driveway cleaning
Patio and paving cleaning
Building exterior cleaning
Roof cleaning
Concrete and hard surface cleaning
Commercial exterior cleaning
The specific services to be provided will be outlined in the quotation or service agreement.
3. Quotations
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection or inquiry.
If additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions, restricted access, excessive contamination, or other circumstances not disclosed at the time of quoting, additional charges may apply. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
4. Access to Property
The client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas.
The client is responsible for ensuring vehicles, outdoor furniture, personal belongings, and other movable items are removed from areas scheduled for cleaning.
We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions
Exterior cleaning may reveal existing damage, wear, cracks, deterioration, loose paint, damaged mortar, weakened surfaces, or other defects that were not visible prior to cleaning.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, age-related deterioration, poor maintenance, defective materials, or previous repairs.
6. Stain and Surface Limitations
While we use professional cleaning methods and equipment, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, rust, oil, paint, mould, algae, efflorescence, or other contaminants.
Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition, age, and composition of the surface.
7. Weather Conditions
Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather conditions that could affect safety, service quality, or equipment operation.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative service date as soon as practical.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Late payments may incur additional administrative or recovery costs where permitted by law.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments by providing reasonable notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee to cover lost time and operational costs.
10. Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work where conditions are unsafe or where access presents a risk to our staff, contractors, clients, or members of the public.
11. Property Protection
Reasonable care will be taken to protect surrounding property during the cleaning process.
Clients are responsible for advising us of any fragile, damaged, loose, or sensitive surfaces, fixtures, landscaping, electrical equipment, or other items that may require special attention.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our services.
13. Photographs
We may take photographs of work areas before and after service completion for quality assurance, record-keeping, training, and marketing purposes.
No personal information will be disclosed without consent.
Clients may request in writing that photographs of their property not be used for marketing purposes.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
