Game Photography T&Cs
By booking Indoor Volleyball Photography services with Volley with Lily, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Match Attendance
The client is responsible for providing accurate match details, including venue, date, and game time.
Any changes to match details must be communicated as soon as possible.
Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds will be provided if a match is cancelled, forfeited, postponed, or otherwise does not proceed for any reason.
No refunds will be provided for client cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled match.
If Volley with Lily is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
Photography Delivery
Image delivery timeframes will be communicated following the event.
The number of final edited images may vary depending on game conditions, playing time, and opportunities available during the match.
Image Usage
Volley with Lily retains copyright of all images.
Clients receive a personal-use licence to download, share, and print their images.
Images must not be altered, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Photography Conditions
Image quality may be affected by venue lighting, court access restrictions, player participation, and other factors outside the photographer's control.
Specific shots or poses cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Volley with Lily will not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including venue restrictions, equipment failure, weather-related disruptions, or event changes made by organisers.
