By placing an order, requesting a custom item, or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Custom Orders
We specialise in handmade crochet items, including ready-made products and custom-made commissions.
Custom orders will be made according to the agreed design, colours, and specifications discussed with the client prior to production.
Due to the handmade nature of products, minor variations in size, colour, and finish may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each item.
3. Custom Order Approval
For custom items, design details must be confirmed before work begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
4. Payment
Full payment or a deposit (as agreed) is required before work begins.
Orders will not be started or shipped until payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed.
All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
5. Production Time
As all items are handmade, production times may vary depending on order size and complexity.
Estimated completion times will be provided at the time of ordering. Delays may occur during busy periods, and clients will be notified if this happens.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies once the item has been shipped.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier.
7. Refunds and Returns
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided if an item arrives damaged or significantly different from the agreed design.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
8. Cancellations
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
If a cancellation is requested before production starts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any materials or preparation costs.
9. Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with each item. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, or use.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and creative concepts remain the property of the business unless otherwise agreed.
Custom items are for personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced without permission.
11. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
