Caravan Hire — daily DEMO

This service provides short term hire of a privately owned caravan located on the hirer’s property or another approved location. The caravan is supplied in clean, functional condition and is suitable for temporary accommodation, guest overflow, on site office use, or recreational stays. Inclusions • Fully equipped caravan with sleeping area, seating/dining space, kitchenette, and bathroom (if applicable). • Standard utilities: power connection, water connection, and waste disposal instructions. • Basic inventory: bedding, kitchenware, safety equipment (fire extinguisher, smoke alarm), and outdoor step/mat. • Pre hire inspection and handover briefing. Exclusions • Tow away or transport to other locations unless explicitly agreed. • Long term residential use. • Use for commercial events without prior approval.

Cleaning Package
AUD 99.00 · up to 1 per booking · • Standard Cleaning: Included; covers basic wipe down and reset. • Deep Clean: For longer hires or heavy use; additional fee. • Grey Water Disposal Service: Owner handles waste disposal at end of hire.
Convenience Add Ons
AUD 150.00 · up to 1 per booking · • Fresh Linen Pack: Clean sheets, towels, and bedding. • Kitchen Starter Pack: Tea, coffee, basic pantry items, dish soap, paper towels. • Outdoor Pack: Chairs, table, shade awning, outdoor mat.
Insurance Options per day
AUD 49.00 · up to 21 per booking · • Damage Cover (Recommended): Covers accidental damage to the caravan (excess applies). • Contents Cover: Protects caravan inventory items. • Public Liability Extension: For hirers using the caravan for small events or guest stays.

Terms & Conditions

Caravan Hire
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed hire fee and signed hire agreement.
A refundable bond (AUD amount to be inserted) is equired to cover damage, excessive cleaning, or breach of terms.
Minimum hire period: 5 days. Maximum hire period: 21 days unless extended by written agreement.
2. Hirer Responsibilities
The hirer must be over 18 and provide valid identification.
The hirer agrees to use the caravan responsibly and comply with all safety instructions.
The hirer must ensure the caravan remains on the approved site unless written permission is granted.
No smoking, illegal substances, or hazardous activities inside or around the caravan.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
3. Owner Responsibilities
The owner will provide the caravan in clean, safe, and functional condition.
The owner will disclose any known defects or limitations.
The owner will respond to reasonable maintenance requests during the hire period.
4. Damage, Loss & Liability
The hirer is liable for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.
Normal wear and tear is excluded.
The owner is not responsible for personal belongings stored in the caravan.
The hirer must immediately report any damage, malfunction, or safety issue.
The caravan must not be used in a manner that breaches NSW laws or local council regulations.
5. Bond & Additional Charges
The bond may be retained (fully or partially) for: - Damage to the caravan or its contents.
- Missing items.
- Excessive cleaning required.
- Evidence of smoking or unauthorised pets.
- Breach of any hire conditions.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 7 days before hire: full refund.
Cancellation within 5 days: 50% refund.
No‑show: no refund.
7. Access & Site Requirements
The hirer must ensure the caravan can be safely positioned on the property.
The site must be level, accessible, and compliant with safety requirements.
The owner reserves the right to refuse placement if the site is unsafe.
8. Termination
The owner may terminate the hire immediately if:
- The hirer breaches the agreement.
- The caravan is used in an unsafe or illegal manner.
- Weather or environmental conditions make continued hire unsafe.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales,Australia.
