Tennis Court Hire
1. Booking & Payment
Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed upon payment.
Hourly rate applies; discounts available for multi‑session or term bookings.
A refundable bond may be required for event or extended hire.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking may be rescheduled.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur full hire fee.
2. Access & Use
The hirer must check in before use and vacate promptly at the end of the session.
The court may only be used for tennis or approved training activities.
No food, glass, or smoking permitted on court.
Non‑marking shoes must be worn at all times.
Children must be supervised by an adult.
3. Safety & Conduct
The hirer must ensure all participants follow safety guidelines.
The provider reserves the right to terminate hire for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence.
4. Weather & Rescheduling
If play is affected by rain or unsafe conditions, the booking may be rescheduled.
If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be issued for future use.
5. Liability & Insurance
The facility maintains public liability insurance.
The hirer is responsible for personal accident insurance for participants.
The provider is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
6. Equipment & Facilities
Nets and posts must not be adjusted or removed.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
The hirer must leave the court clean and free of litter.
7. Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken only with consent from all participants.
Commercial filming requires written approval.
8. Code of Conduct
Respect for staff, other players, and facilities is mandatory.
Offensive language, aggression, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in termination of hire.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
