By engaging our services, purchasing a package, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide career-related services including, but not limited to:
Resume writing and editing
LinkedIn profile optimization
Cover letter writing
Interview preparation
Career coaching and guidance
Job search support
The scope of services will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information relevant to the services being provided.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all documents before use and ensuring the information contained within them is accurate.
4. Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or engagement.
Work may not commence until payment or any required deposit has been received.
All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
5. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise specified.
Additional revisions or substantial changes beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the customised nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.
If a client wishes to cancel before work begins, a refund may be provided at our discretion, less any administrative costs incurred.
7. No Guarantee of Employment
While we strive to improve our clients' professional presentation and job search outcomes, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, salary increases, or employment outcomes.
Employment decisions remain solely at the discretion of employers and recruitment agencies.
8. Confidentiality
All client information and documents will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with the client's consent.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients are granted the right to use the documents prepared for their personal professional purposes.
Templates, methodologies, branding, and business materials remain the intellectual property of the business.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or documents.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
11. Communication
Clients agree to respond to requests for information within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website or otherwise made available to clients.
