Help & how-tos
SMOOTT is a marketplace for personal and business services, buy. sell. services online. SMOOTT itself doesn’t handle the money: sellers publish their own payment options, buyers settle with the seller directly, and SMOOTT charges a small commission from a pre-paid Recharge Balance held against each business.
The selling model in one paragraph
You publish services on SMOOTT. Buyers find you in the marketplace, pick a slot, and confirm the booking. SMOOTT does not collect payment for you, the buyer pays you directly using whatever payment instructions you’ve published (bank transfer, card reader, cash, BNPL, etc.). SMOOTT charges a small commission (5% above a AUD 1,000/month free allowance) and debits it from a pre-paid Recharge Balance you top up on the platform. No middleman holding your money, no payout delays, no chargebacks for SMOOTT to mediate.
You can start selling for free, with nothing to pay up front. While your commissionable revenue stays within the AUD 1,000/month free allowance per business, SMOOTT charges you nothing, so you do not need to top up your Recharge Balance to publish services and take your first bookings. You only need a positive balance once your sales for the month grow past the free allowance and commission begins to accrue. In short: publish, get booked, get paid by your buyers, and only fund your balance once you’re earning enough that the small commission kicks in.
Step 1, Set up your Business
- Register your account and verify your email.
- From Businesses click + New Business. Fill in your business name, contact email + phone, registered address, and your Payment Options & Instructions. A business number (ABN, company or VAT number) is optional: if you don’t have one, choose No business or tax number instead. The payment instructions are shown verbatim to buyers on their confirmation, so be specific (account name, BSB, account number, accepted card types, etc.).
- Click Submit for verification under Status actions. SMOOTT emails a one-click verification link to the business’s contact email; clicking it activates the business. The link is valid for 24 hours, and you can resend it from the business page if it doesn’t arrive.
Once the Business exists, open Edit details to upload a logo and set your Vanity URL - both are optional but make a noticeable difference in how buyers see you (see the dedicated sections below).
- “Pay by bank transfer to Acme Pty Ltd · BSB 062-000 · Acc 12345678, quote your booking number (e.g. #T123) as the reference. We also accept cash on the day, please bring exact change.”
Your business logo
Open your business → Edit details, and use the Logo card at the top to upload a square image (JPEG, PNG or WebP, within the platform’s image size limit — 5 MB by default). SMOOTT centre-crops to a square and resamples to 256×256 so every logo looks the same regardless of source size. Replace or remove it any time.
Once set, your logo appears next to your business name on:
- every marketplace tile for one of your services;
- the service detail page, in the “Sold by” block;
- your business view page header;
- the Your businesses list (for you and any employees you’ve invited);
- and the confirmation emails sent to buyers and sellers when a booking lands.
If no logo is set, SMOOTT renders a coloured circle with the first letter of your business name as a fallback, functional but less recognisable.
Your storefront URL (vanity link)
Every Business gets a public, branded storefront on SMOOTT at smoott.com/b/your-name. It’s a marketplace view pre-filtered to your services, with your logo and business name as the header. Same booking flow as the main marketplace, just scoped to you.
Setting it up. Open your business → Edit details, scroll to the Vanity URL field under Basics. We pre-fill it with a slug auto-generated from your business name, you can keep that, tweak it, or replace it completely. Save changes.
Format rules: 3–60 characters, lowercase letters, numbers and dashes only, no leading or trailing dash. A small list of words is reserved (e.g. admin, marketplace, help) so a vanity URL can never shadow a real SMOOTT page. If your first pick is taken, try a more specific variant.
Sharing the link. Once saved, the storefront URL appears on your business view page in a copy-friendly box. Use it on your business cards, your Instagram bio, your Google Business profile, an email signature, anywhere a customer might type or click.
Pointing your own domain. If you already own a domain (e.g. bondi-hair.com.au), go to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare DNS, etc.) and set up a 301 redirect from your domain to your SMOOTT storefront URL. Visitors who type your domain land directly on your branded SMOOTT page, no separate website to build or maintain.
A true custom-domain mode (where your domain stays in the address bar instead of redirecting) is on the roadmap, let SMOOTT know via the Feedback link if you’d like that prioritised.
Employees & roles
You can let other people help run a business without sharing your login. Open the business → Employees → Invite, enter their email and tick one or more roles. They must already have a SMOOTT account (ask them to register first); they then get an email invitation to accept.
- Service Admin - create, edit, publish and suspend Services, record buyer payments, and reply to or report reviews.
- Resource Admin - manage Resources and their calendars.
- Service Purchaser - book services on the business’s behalf.
- Finance Admin - top up the Recharge balance and view the Ledger and commissions.
The owner can do everything. You can change an employee’s roles or revoke their access at any time from the same page; revoking takes effect immediately.
Step 2, Define your Resources
A Resource is anything a service consumes: a person (you, a coach, a stylist), a room, a vehicle, a piece of equipment. Each Resource has its own calendar of when it’s available.
- Open your Business → Resources → + New Resource.
- Click Calendar on a Resource to set up its availability. Click-and-drag in the week view to create slots; tick Repeats every week to create a baseline.
- Use Uplift % on individual events to charge a premium for peak times (e.g. +25% for weekend evenings).
Copying a week forward
The week view’s toolbar has two copy buttons (visible only in Week view):
- Copy week → next - clones the visible week’s non-repeating events onto the next week. Additive: existing events of the same kind in the target are left alone.
- Copy week → end of month - replicates the same pattern across every remaining week of the current calendar month. Overwrite semantics, but sold spots are the top priority and are never disturbed.
Exactly what “Copy week → end of month” does
For each target week between the current week and the end of the month, SMOOTT runs this sequence in one transaction:
- Find sold spots in the target week - every slot a buyer has actually paid for / booked. These have top priority and will never be modified.
- Delete everything else in the target week - every existing non-repeating availability and unavailability event is wiped, except events that cover a sold spot. Those are kept around so the buyer’s booking still has a valid window.
- Replicate the source week pattern - every non-repeating event from your current week is pasted into the target week, time-shifted by the week offset. They’re pasted on top of sold spots too, the original lock isn’t modified, but the new event temporarily overlaps it.
- Sweep the overlaps - any just-pasted event whose time conflicts with a sold spot is then deleted. The kept event from step 2 still covers the lock, so the booking is intact, and no fresh event piles on top of a buyer’s reservation.
Repeating events (the ones with Repeats every week ticked) are never touched, their own repeat rule already covers the whole month.
Source-week sold spots become available time in target weeks. SMOOTT only replicates your availability events, not the buyer’s bookings (which belong to a single date). So if Saturday 10:00 was sold to Diana in the source week, the target weeks get an available Saturday 10:00, ready for someone else to book.
Bulk delete, clearing a date range
The third toolbar button, Delete slots in range… (red), opens a modal with two date pickers (From / To). Submitting deletes every non-repeating availability and unavailability event between those two dates, inclusive, in a single transaction. It’s the surgical undo for “I accidentally set up six months of hours and need a clean slate” or “the studio is closed for renovations from 15 July to 12 August”.
Same sold-spot guarantee as the month-copy button:
- Sold spots in the window are sacrosanct. Every actual buyer booking inside the date range survives untouched.
- Events covering a sold spot are kept. If a buyer holds Saturday 10:00–11:00, the 9:00–12:00 availability event that covers it stays around, deleting it would orphan the booking.
- Everything else in the range is soft-deleted. The audit log records each removal with the actor and timestamp so you can trace exactly what was cleared.
- Repeating events are never touched. If you want to end a weekly availability series, open the event itself and set Repeat until instead.
The range is limited to 366 days per click as a guard rail against typos. Run it twice if you genuinely need to clear more than a year.
Step 3, Publish a Service
A Service is described across seven sections. Five are required before it can go live (Overview, Pricing, Resources, Images, Terms & Conditions); Qualifications and Add-ons are optional:
- Overview - title (at least 5 characters), category, description (at least 20 characters) and optional tags. Pick the category from the curated tree; the picker shows the full path (e.g. Sport › Tennis › Coaching) so sub-categories that share a name under different parents are never ambiguous.
- Pricing - base price per spot (at least AUD 5.00; see pricing limits), currency (set by your business country, e.g. AUD), duration in minutes, max capacity per slot (set to 4 for a group class taking 4 students, etc.), optional volume discount.
- Resources - tick the Resources this service consumes. Slot is available only when every required Resource is free (AND-gate).
- Qualifications (optional) - credentials shown to buyers.
- Images - at least one. Drag-and-drop (or browse) to upload several at once; then reorder them and click the star to set the main image buyers see on the marketplace tile. JPEG, PNG or WebP only, and there’s a size and resolution cap set by the platform (5 MB and 24 megapixels by default). If a photo is rejected as too large, resize or re-export it smaller and try again — web-sized photos look just as sharp on the tile and load faster.
- Terms & Conditions - at least one document; what the buyer is agreeing to. They’re snapshotted at sale time, so future edits don’t change what a past buyer sees.
- Add-ons (optional), ancillary products attached to the service (strings, shampoo, prints). Buyers select quantity at checkout.
When all required sections are complete the service flips to READY. Click Publish to go live.
Volume discounts & group services
Volume discount: in the Pricing section, set a discount % and a minimum spots (e.g. 10% off at 5+ spots). The discount applies automatically to the buyer’s subtotal when they hit the threshold. Add-ons are never discounted.
Pricing limits: limits are set per country and prices are in your business country’s currency. In Australia the base price must be at least AUD 5.00 and a volume discount can be at most 75%, so a booking can never end up free. The Pricing form always shows the limits for your business. SMOOTT may change these limits; a service listed before a change stays live, but the new limits apply the next time you save its pricing or publish it again.
Group services: set max capacity per slot to N > 1 (e.g. 4 for a group lesson). Buyers will see N/M left on those slots and can claim multiple spots in one go. Multiple buyers can share the same slot up to capacity.
Premium uplift: set on individual calendar events. The base service price gets multiplied by (1 + uplift/100) for slots inside that event.
Managing bookings, no-shows & reviews
Open your Business and use:
- Sold services - every booking customers have made. Click any row to see the full detail with buyer contact info and payment terms.
- Reviews - every review on every service, visible and hidden. Each review has a Reply button for a public reply, plus a Report button if a review breaks the review guidelines.
Marking no-shows: on the booking page after the slot has ended, click Mark no-show within 7 days of the slot end. An optional note (only SMOOTT admins see it) helps if the buyer disputes later. Don’t use it casually, it’s a real penalty for the buyer.
Cancelling a booking: only allowed before the slot starts. The resource lock is released automatically and the buyer is notified by email. You can cancel any time, the cancellation lead time you set under Pricing only applies to buyers.
Cancellation policy (buyer-facing): in the Pricing section you can pick a minimum lead time from the dropdown (no minimum / 30m / 1h / 2h / 4h / 12h / 24h / 48h / 1 week). The value is shown to buyers before they confirm and is locked in at sale time. Changes only affect new bookings.
Reporting a review: you can’t hide a review yourself. Click Report, choose the reason and add a short explanation. The review stays public while SMOOTT looks at it; we then remove it or keep it and email you the outcome. We don’t remove a genuine review just because it’s negative, so for fair criticism a calm public reply usually does more for you than a report.
Review guidelines
Reviews help buyers choose and help good sellers stand out, so they need to be honest. Only the buyer of a confirmed booking can review it, once the service has happened. A seller can’t hide or edit a review. If a seller thinks a review breaks these guidelines, they can report it, and SMOOTT decides.
We remove a review if it:
- is abusive or offensive: threats, harassment, slurs, discriminatory or obscene content;
- is defamatory: presents as fact something false that damages someone’s reputation;
- is fake or not from a real customer: for example written by a competitor, by someone else on the buyer’s account, or in exchange for payment or a reward;
- contains private information: phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, or other people’s personal details;
- is not about this service: about a different business or booking, advertising, or unrelated to the service;
- otherwise breaks the law or the User Agreement.
We don’t remove a genuine review just because it’s negative, critical or unfavourable, or because the seller disagrees with it. A seller can always post a public reply to give their side.
How a report is handled. The review stays public while we look at it. If we remove it, it’s no longer shown or counted in the rating, and we email both the seller and the buyer. If we keep it, we email the seller. Removed reviews stay on record for audit and disputes. If you think we got a decision wrong, contact us using the form in the footer and we’ll take another look.
Your business Dashboard
Every business now has a one-page Dashboard that pulls KPIs, a services calendar, today's deliveries and exports together. Open your Business and click Dashboard (next to the status pill).
What you see
- Four KPI tiles at the top, scoped to the period you pick (next 7 / 30 / 90 days / 12 months / all time):
- Upcoming sales - total value + slot/unit count.
- Outstanding payments - overdue (slot already ended, still unpaid/partial). Red when > 0.
- Sell-through - units sold ÷ exposed capacity, as a percentage.
- Top service by revenue (the per-service dashboard rebrands this to “Revenue (this service)”).
- Today's delivery - every confirmed slot in the next 12 hours, time-ordered, with buyer tap-to-call phone, total, Mark paid and Remind buttons.
- Services calendar - one event per (service, slot) aggregated across every buyer who's bought into it. Labels read “14:00 · 3/4” (time · sold/capacity).
- Export & subscribe - pick a date range to download a CSV, or grab a subscribable
.icscalendar feed URL for Outlook / Google / Apple Calendar.
Four calendar views
Use the toolbar buttons:
- Day - single column, hour-by-hour. Click an event to drill in.
- Week - seven days, time-aligned blocks.
- Month - grid with up to 4 compact pills per day. Click a pill to drill in; click +N more to jump into Day view for that date. A Heat-map toggle (Month only) tints each cell by sell-through % so you can spot quiet days at a glance.
- Agenda - 14-day chronological list, full labels, paid pill on each row.
The date picker in the toolbar jumps any view straight to a chosen date. Prev / Today / Next still work as expected.
Colour legend
- Green - sold out (all capacity booked).
- Blue - partly sold (some spots still available).
- Grey with strikethrough - cancelled.
- Red outline + tint, at least one buyer hasn't paid, chase them up.
Per-service dashboard
Each individual service has its own scoped variant. Open the service and click Dashboard next to the status pill. KPIs, calendar and Today's delivery all narrow to just that service.
Tracking who's paid you (and who hasn't)
SMOOTT still doesn't sit in the buyer→seller money flow, that's between you. But you can now record each payment as it lands so the platform can show you who still owes you, send your buyers polite reminders, and keep a clean audit trail.
Marking payments on the Sold services list
Open Sold services on any business. Each row shows two pills: the booking status (Confirmed, Cancelled…) and the new Payment pill.
Click Buyers ▾ on any row to expand an inline drawer that lists every buyer who bought into the transaction (a group class with capacity 4 sold to two different people is two separate buyer panels). Each panel shows the buyer's email and phone (tap-to-call), quantity, line total, current payment pill, last-action breadcrumb, and a Mark payment button.
Five payment states
- Unpaid - default.
- Partial - the buyer has paid some. The drawer shows a red Outstanding: AUD x.xx line.
- Paid - fully settled.
- Refunded - money returned to the buyer.
- Waived - you've forgiven the debt (e.g. no-show coupled refund).
The modal
Clicking Mark payment opens a small modal:
- For Paid in full, Mark unpaid and Waived the amount field is hidden, the backend resolves it (paid → line total, the others → 0).
- For Partial the amount defaults to the outstanding balance, not the line total. The amount you enter is the money you just received, the backend adds it to whatever's already on file and auto-promotes the row to Paid once the total reaches the line.
- Method dropdown (cash / bank / card / EFTPOS / other) and a free-text note. Both land in the audit log.
Bulk Mark all / Pay remaining
If the drawer has multiple unpaid buyers, a button at the top reads Mark all N as paid (when none is paid yet) or Pay remaining N of total (when some already are). One confirmation modal flips every remaining buyer to paid in one round-trip, with the same method/note applied to all of them.
Last-action breadcrumb
Every buyer panel shows a short history line: either “Last action: paid · AUD 50.00 · cash on dd/mm/yyyy, HH:MM:SS” (when there's a payment) or “Last action: booked on dd/mm/yyyy, HH:MM:SS” (for unpaid rows). Useful when you need to know how long a row has been waiting.
Upcoming / Past / Legacy sections
The Sold services list is split into three:
- Upcoming at the top, transactions whose last slot is still ahead. The When header is a sort toggle, default puts the closest upcoming booking on top. Click to flip.
- Past bookings - the slot has already ended. Same drawer + Mark paid flow so you can still record a payment received after the fact. Sorted most-recent-first.
- Legacy single-slot bookings - older single-slot bookings made before the multi-slot upgrade.
Phone-in bookings, reminders & exports
Recording a phone-in customer
A customer calls or walks in and you want to record the booking? On the business dashboard click Add phone-in booking. Fill in the service, the buyer's SMOOTT email (they must already have an account), start time and number of spots, then optionally tick Mark paid now with the right method. The booking appears in your calendar immediately.
If the buyer doesn't have a SMOOTT account, ask them to register first, SMOOTT won't create stub accounts without consent.
Manual payment reminders
On the dashboard's Today's delivery panel, every unpaid / partial row shows a Remind button. Click it, optionally type a one-line note for the buyer (or leave it blank for the standard reminder), and the buyer gets a polite email with the outstanding amount and your snapshotted payment options.
Auto reminders
If SMOOTT is configured to run the nightly job, a polite reminder email is auto-sent for any row that's still unpaid/partial 1, 7 and 14 days after the slot ended, with a 6-day throttle so the buyer is never spammed. Manual reminders count toward the throttle too, so the job and the button play nicely.
CSV export
On the dashboard's Export & subscribe card, pick a date range and click Download CSV. You get one row per sold-services line in the window with service, buyer name/email/phone, slot, qty, billed, received, outstanding, paid status and method, ready to drop into Excel or hand to your accountant.
Subscribable .ics feed
Same card, click Copy .ics feed URL. The URL has your date range baked in. Paste it into Outlook / Google / Apple Calendar as a subscribed calendar, every confirmed sold slot shows up in your normal calendar alongside your other commitments, refreshing on the calendar app's own cadence. Per-resource feeds work the same way from /businesses/…/resources/…/calendar.ics.
Resource calendar, Day & Agenda views
The per-resource calendar (where you set availability windows and premium uplifts) now has four views, not two:
- Day / Week / Month - same hour-grid editing experience you already know, just at different zooms.
- Agenda - a chronological list over the next 14 days that folds availability windows and sold-service deliveries on this resource into one stream. Filter the stream with the tick-boxes at the top: Availability, Sold and Unpaid only.
Click any availability row in Agenda to open the existing editor. Click any sold-service row to open a slim drawer with the buyer's full contact and a Mark payment button, same modal you use elsewhere.
The toolbar also has a date picker that jumps to a specific date in any view.
Multi-business roll-up on your top dashboard
If you run more than one business, the user-level Dashboard now has an Across all your businesses card that aggregates the bits you care about most:
- Upcoming (next 7 days) - total value + slot/unit count across every business you own.
- Outstanding payments - overdue total + count, red when > 0.
- Top overdue lines - the three oldest unpaid bookings with a one-click Open button to jump straight to that business's dashboard.
The card is hidden when there's nothing to action, so a quiet day stays quiet.
Recharge Balance & commission
SMOOTT charges 5% commission on each Sold Service, calculated above a AUD 1,000/month free allowance per Business. We debit it from a pre-paid Recharge Balance you top up on the platform.
- Recharge bonus tiers: $50 (pay $55) = +5%, $100 (pay $110) = +10%, $250 (pay $275) = +20%, $500 (pay $550) = +30%, $1,000 (pay $1,100) = +40%. The tier is set by the credit you buy, so those are the amounts that land on your balance — the figure you pay is in brackets. Bonus credit can only be used to pay commission, you can’t withdraw it, and it lapses if you close the business.
- Commission comes out of your cash balance first, and touches bonus credit only once the cash is gone. So your own money is always spent before the free credit — and if you keep topping up, you may never use the bonus at all.
- If your balance runs out and you have outstanding commission, your services may be moved to Suspended by System until you top up.
- Sellers with a healthy balance also get marketplace sort priority, their services rank above sellers with zero balance, all else equal.
Your business’s Recharge balance page shows your cash and bonus balances, any outstanding commission, the bonus tiers, a top-up form and your recent activity. Each business’s allowance used and remaining this month is on your Dashboard. The Ledger shows every commission and top-up line, with a date filter and CSV download.
GST on a top-up
GST is added on top of the credit you buy. The amount you type on the balance page is the amount you pay — so at 10%, paying $110 puts $100 on your balance and $10 of GST on your tax invoice. The balance page shows both columns before you pay, and the bonus tier is worked out on the $100, not the $110.
SMOOTT’s commission rate is quoted the same way — 5% means 5%, with GST separate rather than folded in.
Your top-up tax invoice
When you top up your Recharge Balance with real money (by card, via Stripe), SMOOTT emails you a tax invoice for that payment — with SMOOTT’s company details, a GST breakdown, and a unique invoice number like INV-2026-000123 for your records. The bonus credit you earn on a top-up is a promotional credit, not a payment, so it isn’t taxed and isn’t part of the invoice total. Keep these emails for your bookkeeping; the View balance button in each takes you straight to your account.
Closing a business & getting your balance back
You can close a Business from its page, under Status actions, once it has no upcoming bookings and no outstanding commission — the page lists anything still in the way. Closing takes its services off the marketplace.
What happens to the money:
- Bonus credit lapses. It was promotional credit for paying commission, never money you paid us, so it is written off when you close. You’ll see it in your Ledger as Bonus credit forfeited on closure.
- Your cash balance stays. Closing no longer requires a zero balance.
After closing, open Recharge balance on that business and you’ll see a Withdraw remaining balance card. Request the refund and we’ll review it, then refund it to the card you originally topped up with, less the payment processing fees we paid on those top-ups (we tell you the amount first; see Terms §10). You’ll see the movement in your Ledger when it completes.
Two practical notes. Refunds go back against your original card payments, so a balance that came from credit we issued directly may not be refundable that way — get in touch and we’ll sort it out. And if a refund is agreed at less than the full amount, the rest stays on the closed business and you can ask for it again.
Commission in plain language
The 30-second version
- Each business you own gets AUD 1,000 in sales every calendar month commission-free.
- Sell more than that in a month, and SMOOTT charges 5% on the amount above AUD 1,000.
- That commission comes out of your Recharge Balance - the prepaid wallet you top up on the platform. Your paid balance is drawn first, then bonus credit.
- If your balance can’t cover what you owe, the difference becomes outstanding commission. Top up to clear it.
- If we change the commission rate or the free allowance, a booking you’ve already taken keeps the terms from when it was made, unless the new ones are better for you (a lower rate or a higher allowance). We give at least 30 days’ notice of any change.
Worked example, one business
Your business has done $1,200 in confirmed sales this month so far. The allowance is AUD 1,000, so $200 is above the line. SMOOTT charges 5% of $200 = $10 commission. We debit the $10 in the nightly run after each service has ended (around 02:00 Sydney time). If your balance has $6 paid + $20 bonus, we’d take the $6 paid first and then $4 of bonus credit.
Worked example, two businesses
Each business has its own AUD 1,000 allowance. They don’t pool. If Business A sells $1,500 (so $500 above its allowance) and Business B sells $200 (well inside its own allowance), only Business A pays commission: 5% of $500 = $25. Business B pays nothing this month.
The deficit rule
Across all your owned businesses, SMOOTT keeps a running tally:
your net = (all paid balances) + (all bonus balances) − (all outstanding commission)
If your net goes negative - you owe more in outstanding commission than you have in balance anywhere, SMOOTT pauses every service you own (across every business) until you top up enough to flip net positive again. While you’re paused:
- Your services don’t appear on the marketplace and can’t be booked.
- The monthly free allowance is paused too - once you do top up and start selling again, every dollar is commissioned at 5% until your outstanding clears. This stops the "abandon in deficit, ride next month’s free allowance" pattern.
- You can still log in, top up, and use the platform, only the marketplace visibility of your services is paused.
Restoration is automatic: the moment a top-up flips your net positive, every service comes back online and the free allowance resumes for the rest of the month.
Where to look
- Dashboard - the per-business breakdown shows each business’s allowance used and remaining as a coloured bar. The 4th KPI card flips between green (within allowance), amber ("N of M past allowance"), and red ("Services paused" + the deficit amount).
- Business → Balance - the full per-business view: paid, bonus, outstanding, recent ledger.
- Business → Ledger - every money movement on that business with date filter and CSV download.
Closing & archiving a business
From a business’s Status actions you can Close it once you’re done trading. Closing is only allowed when the business has no upcoming (future, confirmed) bookings and no outstanding commission — the same wind-down rules that protect your buyers and settle your account. Your cash balance doesn’t need to be zero: you can ask for it back after closing (see Closing a business & getting your balance back). A closed business can then be Archived (remove from your list), which tidies it out of “Your businesses” for good. Its history is retained and travels with your account if it’s ever archived by SMOOTT, so closed businesses no longer clutter your list.
Calendar timezones & booking references
Your Services calendar and each Resource calendar show every time in your business’s local timezone, with a label at the top so it’s never ambiguous. The dashboard calendar opens in Agenda view by default. Each agenda slot lists its booking reference number(s) beneath the time (a single slot can hold several bookings), and clicking any slot opens a popup where every booking is shown with its Booking # — handy when a buyer quotes their reference or you’re reconciling a payment.
